Mr. Lars Gundersen is the Director of Kipling India and Kipling Denmark-the head office of Kipling India. He brings with him immense experience in this sector and has been named the tourism ambassador of Nepal in Denmark. Having travelled extensively across the globe, the idea of coming up with Kipling Travels was born when Mr Gundersen traversed till the first base camp of Mount Everest. It was that bonding with the beckoning mountain range which led to his long lasting fascination with Nepal and adventure tourism, which subsequently progressed in the form of Kipling Travels-a company that is now a name to reckon with. Needless to say, he knows all the destinations we promote like the palm of his hand. It is his personal touch and infectious enthusiasm and zest for new travel destinations that has brought the company to this level.
Mr. Suman Pandey is a very experienced professional. He is Kipling India’s Director and also the owner of Explore Himalaya, Nepal. It was his passion for the sector which led to the establishment of Explore Himalaya. In fact Explore Himalaya was a natural progression for him as being on Nepal Tourism Board and having served a number of organizations in different capacities, including the Trekking Agent Association of Nepal, he has the first-hand knowledge of promoting and managing adventure tours in Nepal and Tibet.
Mr. Prakash Subba is an MBA having more than 14 years of experience in promoting tourism in India and South East Asian region. His love for travelling and photography has made him more confident and enthusiastic to look for new products. It is his humble nature and vast knowledge that gives Kipling India in compiling some very unique bespoke tours. He is in the fields of Leisure Travel, Corporate travel, Meetings, Conferences, Incentives, exhibitions & So on. He not just manages the company, but also acts as the troubleshooter — his single goal is to provide solutions that will make the company run better.
Mr. Sanjay Pant is the Business Development Manager of the company. It is his 12 years of experience in the sector and never say die attitude that has taken the organization from strength to strength — he not just manages, but also coordinates the complete tourism section of Kipling India.

Mr. Pokhrel has more than 12 years of experience in accounting in tourism company. He provides support to Operations and Sales group, through information analyses and financial performance against key business metrics — documenting pertinent financial highlights that enable management to determine the company’s progress. His excellency lies not only in reviewing financial reports, monitoring accounts, and preparing activity reports, but also in investigating ways to improve profitability, analysing markets for business opportunities, and staying up to date with government requirements.
Mr. Priyank Tyagi is the Asst. Manager in Operations, with 8 years of experience in the inbound operations department. He handles all ground services — Hotel, Guide, Transport, and more. Priyank has very good knowledge on photography and has travelled with world-renowned professional photographers on their photography tours all over India.
Mr. Ramesh has the overall responsibility of providing day-to-day accounting operation, support and control through all related tasks. With strong knowledge in Tally, he helps the company keep its day-to-day accounts in a professional manner.

She makes sure that all the logistics like hotel booking, flights, transportation, guides and so on are in order so that the operation is smooth and hassle free.
